Ancestors
Charles’ ancestors were great men of Cornwall. The Lord of the great Penrose estate, John Peverell Rogers, was also a Lieutenant Commander and had passed away in 2012, leaving everything to Charles who hardly cared about any of the wealth he had and neither about the responsibilities he had on him.
